These terms govern BlueGrays Premium subscriptions and Educator Packages purchased in the BlueGrays mobile app (the "App"). By making a purchase, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply together with the terms of the app store where you make the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Premium gives you access to all projects, component details, the My Workshop feature, project-specific troubleshooting guides, project sharing and the premium electronics calculators. Part of the content is available on the free plan.
The content and features included in Premium may be updated, expanded or changed over time.
We offer auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscription plans. The current price is shown in the App before purchase, in your country's currency and including taxes.
From time to time we may offer introductory prices for the first period or limited-time offers. Offer terms are stated on the purchase screen; after the offer period ends, the subscription renews at the regular price.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google; your card details are not shared with BlueGrays.
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Price changes follow the notification and consent rules of the relevant store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on iPhone and iPad in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your Premium access continues until then. Deleting the App or your BlueGrays account does not cancel your store subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the policies of the store where you made the purchase. For Apple purchases use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases use Google Play's refund request page.
Subscriptions and Educator Packages are digital content supplied immediately with your consent. Therefore, to the extent permitted by law, the right of withdrawal ends once supply has begun.
Educator Packages are one-time (non-renewing) purchases containing Premium codes to distribute to students. Codes are delivered to the My Codes section of the App after the purchase is verified.
Each code can be redeemed only once and gives a single account Premium access for the package period (1 month or 1 year) from the moment it is redeemed. Premium unlocked with a code does not renew automatically.
The package owner may use a transfer right to cancel a redeemed code and create a new code for the remaining period. The number of transfer rights per code is shown in the App. The previous user's Premium access ends when the code is transferred.
The package owner is responsible for keeping and sharing codes; BlueGrays is not liable for unauthorized use of shared codes.
Premium periods granted by BlueGrays as a promotion or reward are free of charge, do not renew automatically and end on their own when they expire.
Premium access is personal and is used on your BlueGrays account. On another device signed in to the same store account, you can restore your subscription with the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Your account may be suspended or closed if you violate the terms of use.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and error-free, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in the App or by email. Changes take effect on the date they are published and apply to subsequent renewal periods.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
