Build a Free ESP32 AI Chatbot: Multi-Device Q&A for Students (Groq API)
This IoT project transforms an ESP32 into a local web server hosting a smart Q&A assistant. It is an excellent, cost-effective study tool for students—capable of answering complex questions, like defining physics concepts with examples, instantly. Because it runs as a local web UI on your Wi-Fi network, multiple devices like phones, tablets, and laptops can connect and use the AI simultaneously without any extra app installations. What You Will Learn: How to configure the ESP32 as an asynchronous web server using the Arduino IDE. How to generate and integrate a free Groq API key for high-speed AI processing. Building a responsive, dark-mode web UI for seamless chatting across multiple devices. Routing API calls to models like Qwen for accurate, student-friendly answers. Nice build, Kapil. An ESP32 that a whole classroom can ask questions to, no app needed, is a great idea. Two notes for anyone trying it: - Keep your Groq API key out of shared code. Put it in a separate secrets.h and don't upload that file. - If several phones ask at once, the free Groq tier can hit its rate limit. A short "please wait" message in the UI saves a lot of confusion. How long does a typical answer take on your setup?
Quick answer as your internet speed and free Api key token give 1000 answers per day. I have deleted Api key before upload .Also i main thing of answer similar to google Ai dot running like while it thinking.....Thank you for your wounderful suggestions please do like share and subscribe the channel
