Explicit Consent Form: Measurement and Marketing

This form was prepared under Article 5(1) of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) to ask for your explicit consent only for the optional processing listed below. You can give or refuse consent for each one separately. Not giving consent has no effect whatsoever on your use of BlueGrays, your purchases or your Premium benefits. Information about this processing is in the KVKK Privacy Notice. This form is kept separate from it.

1. Ad measurement in the mobile app
If you consent: Your device's advertising ID (the Android advertising ID; IDFA on iOS) and your app install and open events are shared with Meta Platforms (Meta SDK) and Google (Firebase, Google Ads).
Purpose: To measure how many installs BlueGrays' promotional ads on Meta, Google and Apple lead to, and to spend the ad budget wisely.
On iOS: You also need to allow it in Apple's "Tracking" permission window. If you don't, your advertising ID isn't shared.
Consent statement: "I give my explicit consent for my advertising ID and my app install and open data to be shared with Meta and Google for the purpose of measuring BlueGrays' promotional ads."
2. Analytics cookies on the website
If you consent: Google Analytics 4 cookies (via Google Tag Manager) are used on bluegrays.com. The pages you visit, your device and browser information and your IP address are processed with Google.
Purpose: To measure which content gets used and to improve the site.
Consent statement (in the cookie window): "I allow analytics cookies."
3. Marketing cookies on the website
If you consent: Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookies and tags are used on bluegrays.com. The fact that you went from the site to the app store, along with your visit information, is shared with these companies. These tags never run on the sign-in, sign-up and password pages.
Purpose: To measure how well our promotional ads work.
Consent statement (in the cookie window): "I allow marketing cookies."
Transfers abroad and risks
Meta and Google process data outside Türkiye, including in the US and Ireland. These countries may not offer the same level of protection as Turkish law. These transfers are made based on the safeguards in KVKK Art. 9. The consent in this form is the basis for the processing described above, not for the transfer.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal applies from that point on, not retroactively:
- In the app: On Android, Profile > Preferences > Ad Measurement. On iOS, Profile > Preferences > Tracking Permission, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- On the web: "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.
- By email: [email protected].
When you withdraw your consent, the related data sharing stops. Data that was already shared is deleted when the relevant company's retention periods end.
