The 0.91-inch OLED Display is an ultra-compact visual interface module powered by the SSD1306 driver and designed specifically to fit into tight spaces with its elongated 128x32 pixels. It has half the screen size of its 0.96-inch sibling, but thanks to the I2C protocol, it connects with just two data cables (SDA/SCL) to present text and simple logos extremely sharp and bright. Since it uses no backlighting, energy consumption is very low, making it the most elegant and practical display solution for wearable projects, smartwatches or portable sensor stations made with small boards like the ESP8266 D1 Mini or ESP32-CAM.
