Smart Electronic Safe is an Arduino based password protected security system. It opens and closes the servo motor controlled lock mechanism with a 4-digit password entered via the 4x4 keypad and transmits all status information to the user via the I2C LCD screen. Red and green LED indicators visibly indicate the current status of the safe (locked/unlocked), while the buzzer provides audible feedback for key presses, successful entry and error conditions. The system enhances security against unauthorized access attempts with password setting, password changing and secure locking functions, as well as a 30-second brute-force protection mode that activates after 3 failed attempts. Since the set password is saved in the EEPROM, data is not lost even if the power is cut off. It offers a practical, reliable and customizable solution for secure storage of home, office and personal belongings.
